GROUP RUN SCHEDULE

Group Runs are Saturdays at 7:00am (Unless Noted Otherwise)

December 27th: North Orem Soccer Park (800 East 1200 North)

January 3rd: New Years Kick Off Run: PANCAKE BREAKFAST & Run from Runner's Corner in Orem. 7:OO AM for the run,and Grains For Life pancakes following the run. (Grandview loop)

January 10th: L A Freeway Run (or alternative depending on the weather and snow) Meet at Memorial Park, 800 E. Center in Provo.

January 17th: North Orem Soccer Park (800 E. 1200 N. Orem) The stairway/Grizzly road has been plowed and very runable.

If you have any suggestions for runs or ideas to help us improve our club runs please let us know .

The club runs a few times a week and the runs are attended by runners of all ages and abilities. If you like competition, you'll find it at the club runs. On the other hand, if you're a middle of the pack or beginning runner, you'll find plenty of company at our club runs. Despite the high amounts of runners proudly wearing the eagle in the top finish places at many races, the majority of people that show up to group runs are amazing people that are not necessarily amazingly fast. We are keen to recruit new members of ALL levels and abilities, whether you are just starting on a fitness program or you want to run a marathon and beyond.
